Overview
Responsibilities
- Build, launch, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns for multiple clients
- Manage monthly ad budgets and report on ROAS and cost-per-conversion
- A/B test ad creative, targeting, and landing pages
- Stay current on platform policy changes and new ad formats
Requirements
- 2-4 years managing paid search and/or paid social budgets
- Google Ads certification preferred (or willingness to obtain within 3 months)
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets and basic reporting dashboards
- Analytical mindset — comfortable making budget decisions from data
